Playboy Playmate Kona Carmack is a drop-dead gorgeous blonde babe whose fresh-faced, wholesome good looks and adventurous spirit has always kept her busy. Kona was born on October 1, 1976 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her mixture of Hawaiian, Chinese, Philipino and Irish genes made for an enticing mix, and by the time she graduated from high school Kona was quite a sassy stunner.
She didn't think of getting into modeling and acting until she was in college. Kona was attending the University of North Carolina as a pre-med student, but decided to give her creative side some attention by taking acting classes on the side. She eventually ended up sending in some test pics to Playboy on a whim, and she was surprised to find that the magazine wanted her to come out to L.A. for a full-fledged centerfold shoot!
Kona was named Miss February 1996, her dazzling 34B-24-34 curves bringing smiles to the faces of fans worldwide. She decided to stay in Southern California and she spent the next two years studying acting, modeling and appearing in the occasional music video (including Aerosmith's 'Hole in My Heart'). She appeared on a couple of episodes of 'Baywatch,' as well as starring in the indie flick 'Next Time' in 1998.
Never one to allow herself to be pigeonholed, Kona packed up and left L.A. just as her career was getting rolling. A long-time history and theology buff, she headed to Europe, where she lived in Milan and Rome while working as a model. She also spent considerable time in Tel Aviv as a model, where she studied Judaism and learned to speak Hebrew.
Kona has since moved back to the States and was last spotted as a film student at USC. She's a centered, self-confident free spirit whose dedication to yoga and meditation has helped her become even more focused and grounded. As she puts it herself, "Wherever the universe takes me, I'm just going with it."
