The new product has simulating effects on both profits and their wealthy clientele, including a yacht owner (Felecia Fox) who makes sure her hired help (Dick Smothers Jr.) torpedoes her boiler room after she partakes of the herbal beverage – maybe why they call it the high seas! Controlling the local tea trade is the Triad, with its leader Tee (Asia Carrera) who is as cutthroat as she is amazingly beautiful. Even Bud (Ron Jeremy) is scared of the Triad.
